Disabled Access

Our aim is to enable all our patients to use the services at our sites as easily as possible.

Sheepmarket Surgery

All clinical services in our building are offered on the ground floor with easy access to rooms.  

There are four parking spaces outside the surgery which are reserved for patients (identified by a disabled sign).

There is a wheelchair available for use in the surgery

We have disabled toilet facilities.

We have an on-site lift to provide access to the first floor if needed.

We have a Portable Loop Facility in the surgery to assist patients with hearing aids. Please ask at Reception if you wish to use this piece of equipment either at the reception desk itself or when you see a doctor or nurse in their consulting room.


St Mary’s Medical Centre

The majority of our consulting rooms are located on the ground floor with good access.  Occasionally some clinics are held on the first floor, if you have difficulty climbing the stairs please inform a member of the Reception Team and alternative arrangements will be made for you.

The surgery entrance is suitable access for wheelchairs.  If help is needed accessing the building please ring the bell and a member of the Reception Team will assist you.
